An Award-Winning dark comedy writer, performer and professional Script Supervisor, Caryn Ruby has scripted alongside Oscar and Emmy award-winning crew on award-winning and groundbreaking films, the American Society of Cinematographer’s Standard Evaluation Manual (StEM2) film, and was selected as one of 17 fellows for Blackmagic Collective’s Filmmaker Advancement Initiative.

She’s been featured on “Good Morning America” and “The Wendy Williams Show,” and “Vadgevertising” the short she co-wrote, produced and starred in, is currently making the festival rounds, having garnered multiple awards.

Caryn co-hosted Midnight Parade, the weekly late-night talk show at Chicago’s Second City (for which she also wrote and produced), and co-hosted a weekly radio show with Lady Rerun (daughter of cultural icon "Rerun" Fred Berry - "What's Happening!!").
